Welcome to Fall


What are the things people associate Fall with; kids going back to school, you going back to school, pumpkin and apples, cooler weather and comfort foods like pies, casseroles and crock pot meals.


This is when everybody decides they are going to start committing themselves to self care. Why does this become sabotaged?


  • Too much school work

  • The kids are into all kinds of sports

  • The weather is cold

  • It gets dark faster


What do you need to do to be successful? COMMITMENT to YOU!


How do you do this? It is really simple to start by adding one thing you want to do/change to an already established routine.


For instance if you want to

  • Workout in the mornings, wear your workout clothes as PJs.

  • Journal, put your journal next to the bathroom sink.

  • More steps, walk to the farthest bathroom at work.

  • Drink more water, set a timer/reminder on your phone/watch.


It is really simple just to add to an already established routine and commit to doing your routine every day!


Your GOALS must be GREATER than the EXCUSES!
